General Terms Of Use
Cedars-Sinai Medical Center supplies the Cedars-Sinai Cardiac Suite of applications (“Applications”) to its direct customers (“End Users”) in accordance with the current version of its End User Software License Agreement (“EULA”). Further, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center provides technical support services for the Applications to its End Users in accordance with the current version of its Technical Support Services Terms and Conditions (“Support Terms”). The EULA and Support Terms are only applicable to End Users who have licensed the Applications directly from Cedars-Sinai, and do not apply to customers of third-party resellers of the Applications.
